I am a lady in her mid-sixties who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease eleven years ago now. Indeed, it was Master Zhao who first indicated to me that the issues I had fifteen years ago when we met face to face were emanating from my head rather than from my left leg, where I had a slight tremor/shake.
今天是2020年7月6日。去年的今天，350位嘉賓在舊金山市政廳歡聚一堂，為大師賀八十大壽和慶祝他來美三十年。一年的時光轉眼即逝，當時的場景還歷歷在目。都是美好的回憶，我想通過我那天的致詞和照片再回顧那難忘的一天，以致意所有參予的人。
我能有幸結識趙大師，并追随大師系统地學習信息功功法，说来也是机缘巧合的缘分：那是2011年10月中旬的一天下午，我带着孩子到Fremont圖書館借些课外讀物，我則習惯在中文書籍區域选看中華傳統文學的作品。一本《中国大气功师在美国》豁然出现在我的眼前，随手翻阅便被書中内容深深吸引。
The months following the Beginning Qigong class had profoundly given me powers of self healing. My lower spine healed along with my lower back. 復活節假期收到師母轉來學長敬抄大師詩集內其中一首詩《見字如見面》的照片，掀起了無限思緒。我們不在美國灣區的海外學生未能時常親近大師和師母，所以看到這”見字如見面”的詩句時，感到特別的溫馨。那個早上從陽台射進屋內的晨光是如斯的和煦，吹來的清風也份外的親切呢!
在新型冠狀病毒肆虐下，美國加州舊金山灣區六個郡，從三月中到五月底頒行居家抗疫令，禁止公眾聚會。為此，位於佛利蒙的MZI暫時關閉診所，並取消例行每季一次的集體戶外採氣，各高級班學員例常和大師、師母的聚會，也不得不暫停舉辦。

「⽣活有意思，⽣命有意義」這句話是從恩師趙⼤師那聽到的。話是如此，相信對每個⼈來說， 卻都有各⾃的想法，不同的做法。怎麼過⽣活有意思？如何讓⽣命找到意義呢？我相信我已經找 到了⽅向與答案！

最近新冠狀病毒肆虐，由於傳染力強，迅速在中國大陸及多個地區，國家蔓延，令到人人自危。在疫情籠罩的陰霾下，我深深感受到自己何其幸運，能跟大師學習信息功，大師上課時教的正氣、正念、正能量，和練功及接受氣功治療的基本是要啟動人體的自癒能力，是人體的生命科學的這些話常常在腦海中出現。
