I’m delighted that Dashi taught us the best & unique technique (no side effects) which so easy to adopt & suit for any rational person-whether a product of Eastern or Western culture and received greater variability in results.

My daily practices, the experiences & the results as the following:

I am raising the hands palm to palm & bowing to indicate my respect, gratitude & a way  to experience a sense of humility as I bow to Dashi  & the universal forces of wisdom & compassion before I practice.  I am smiling slightly while doing Qi Gong.  I find that having a slight smile helps bring a subtle sense of openness & love into my being & enter into a state of “non-existence”.  I am raising the hands palm to palm & bowing again after Shou Gong as well.  From Monday to Friday, I spent 20 minutes practice Qi Gong around noon time by the sitting posture in which I closed my eyes & saw colors such as bright orange, yellow, light green, light purple, violet, blue and indigo… and experienced in the practice of deep meditation, not only had it made me more relaxed physically & mentally and also recharged my energy & I could focus more on my daily work; 15 minutes for the discharge waste energy in which my hands were swelling & numb; 15 minutes for Qi collection in which I collected Qi from the rosemary brush in my back yard; I felt Qi flow to my left arm from my Shi-Xuan channels; I felt more calm & relaxed and also smelled with fragrant leaves strongly as well and the last practiced the lying posture for the night time practice in which I fell into sleep soundly at once.  And also on the weekends & holidays, I added 30 minutes practice by the standing posture in which I had involuntary & spontaneous movements, such as jumping around, running backward or forward, palms hit the different parts of the body,  joints & arms making in circle movements and so did hips & waist making a circle as well.

I had a type “A” personality, very easy agitated, disturbed & had high anxiety.  I could not go back to sleep  in the restless full moon night.  After practice Qi Gong, It has improved  the quantity & the quality of my sleep which become deeper & enhancer natural circle of sleep as well.  Reap the physical rewards, I feel more refreshing, satisfying & alert  during the day; so overall a fourth of my life is about to get better.  And also only less than three months Qi Gong practice it healed my right ear tinnitus (I had more than 30 times acupuncture for the treatments before, but in vain) that had disturbed me since 2005.  And the practice of Qi Gong has significantly improved my life; not only has it made me more relaxed physically & mentally, but also it has contributed to changes in my personality & way of life as well.

We should not worry about how well we are performing the technique; we need to adopt a “let it happen” passive attitude to permit the Qi to occur at its own pace. It’s an innate response within us. The power of belief has a tremendous role to play in our healing; I believe that I will eventually have a significant impact on my health & it is never too late to start something good & experience a dramatic, positive change to my health.  I’m confident that my beliefs-self perpetuated healing will remain eternally although I still have long way to go.  I’m hooked on the Qi Gong & love my addiction.
