Introduction

Master Zhao Institute, Inc. (MZI) in Fremont, CA was founded by Master Zhao in 1992. The goal of MZI is to save lives, carry forward the essence of medical Qigong (an ancient Chinese heritage) and impart the knowledge of Master Zhao’s unique energy healing Qigong to the general public.

After more than 30 years of tireless effort and relentless dedication by Master Zhao, MZI has emerged into a fully developed and well-established Qigong institute with thousands of students in North America and Asia.

MZI energy healing Qigong is the essence distilled from Master Zhao’s years of clinical experience. It’s very simple for students to learn, yet the healing effects are immediate. With further study and exchange with MZI and alumni, students can continue to refine their practice and become a Qigong practitioner to serve the general public.

MZI offers a series of classes administered by MZI Head Instructor: Introductory Qigong Workshop, Review Session, Advanced Qigong Workshop, Advanced Qigong I, II, III, IV and V. Besides classes, MZI activities are held regularly for alumni to exchange and share their experience and practice.
