Dear fellow classmates,
I am writing to share my wonderful experiences with you when practicing qi collection lately. Immediately upon relaxing in a qi collection position as taught by Dashi, I saw tree energy floating to me like white clouds sometimes or light drizzling at others. I got lighter almost at the same time. Meanwhile, my mind, heart and body experienced a profound level of peace. My eye sight became much more clear and focused as a result.
It felt as if I have become part of the trees!
Thanks to Dashi and Shimu for this profound yet very enchanting experience!
