Kinda quiet in here. Let me stir things up a little.
I wholeheartedly recommend a Hungarian/German movie I saw recently:
Silent Friend
It’s about human-plants communication/relationship in 3 different time periods. Tony Leung (梁朝偉）plays the lead in the COVID period segment.
This is a typical European art house movie, so don’t expect simple linear narrative structure, fancy SFX nor wisecracks etc.
If you just ‘feel’ the visuals of this movie, you can feel the Qi in some of the plants in it.
Enjoy.
P.S. Tony Leung did a little Taichi in this movie, but I think he should just stick with Wing Chun 😉
